Biography
Wang Weicheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tonglu, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1929, joined the CPC in 1948, and graduated from the Higher Party School of the CPC Central Committee in 1964.
Wang Weicheng spent the early part of his career in Hangzhou City working for the city's government and daily newspaper. Upon graduating from the faculty of political science and economics at the Higher Party School of the CPC Central Committee, Wang spent several years in various offices at the State Council.
Wang was a member of the 14th CPC Central Committee, the standing committee of the 9th NPC, and the chairman of the law committee of the 9th NPC.
